We are Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Volunteers, dedicated to serving our community through educational, horticultural programs which encourage and promote environmentally sound and sustainable landscape management practices to all who Newport News their home.

2019 Master Gardener classes are now closed and we are no longer accepting applications for this year. Go to the About Us page for more information on becoming a Master Gardener.

Visit our Grin and Grow Learning Garden page!  The garden itself is located at the Riverview Farms Park in the Menchville area and features educational, horticultural opportunities and activities for children of all ages.
